Valeria Sims was born in California. Valeria is the youngest of five children. She is also the Executive Director of a 501©3 organization called Ladies of Legac-e and the owner of Star Healthcare Registry operating for over 10 years.

Having initially gained business experience from her parents in which her father owned W&S Trucking company and rental properties for over 30 years.

Being a Nurse for over 19 years has forwarded her gained experience as a Business Developer/Clinical Liaison at Crescent Healthcare, Inc. In Riverside, California for over 6 years, and 4 years as a Nurse Clinical Instructor at Four-D College in Colton, California.

The diverse experience and challenges she has faced throughout life have given her first-hand insight into challenges business owners face along with career changing, life-changing experiences and possible solutions for overcoming them. She shares her own learning along with those of many other entrepreneurs out of the box THINKING in 8 simple steps.
